Financial Readiness Personal Assistant for Learning (FR-PAL)

A mobile application to help service members and their families learn to make smart financial decisions.

Description

The Financial Readiness Personal Assistant for Learning (FR-PAL) application provides military members and families with information, training, and education in support of financial readiness. FR-PAL provides content tailored to individuals' usage history and self-reported life events. It utilizes micro-learning concepts providing content in short, achievable segments, using motivational and engaging elements leading to sustained usage; and provides calculators and other tools to help service members make better financial decisions. The project aims to capture financial readiness stakeholder feedback during the Financial Readiness (FinRed) Symposium and is transitioning to a long-term hosting partner (USA Learning) for seamless continuation.
