The ADL FY16 BAA was released on 13 November.

Quad Charts for the BAA are due by 7 December.

Charts will provide relevant information related to proposed R&D. Offeror’s are encouraged to contact the ADL Initiative point of contact (POC) to initiate discussion on potential research before providing submission.

Open discussion will give the team more insight regarding the scope of projects and make their submission more tailored to the needs of ADL, as well as the Sam.gov URL.
