This Competency Technical Working Group Meeting is focused on the Competency and Skills System (CASS) Profile Manager concept and reference implementation.

Come to this session to learn about learner profiles in CASS, how they relate to competencies, and how the reference implementation works.  In addition, discuss and contribute to the idea of profiles and whether the technology created in CASS has the potential to meet your specific needs.
