Dr. Schatz will be leading a stimulating workshop on developing an environment of ubiquitous, learner-centric, technology-enabled instruction.  As director of the Advanced Distributed Learning Initiative, Dr. Schatz will help paint a vision for a future learning context that’s pervasive, omnipresent and transparent, and composed of processes, technologies and cultural practices as it related to the Future SOF Operator.  In this workshop we will discuss how ubiquitous or fully blended learning is applicable to SOF education, look at ways to advance this concept into SOF efforts, and explore obstacles to integration.
