NATO DEEP COVID19 Defence Education Distance Learning Conference

The NATO Defence Education Enhancement Programme (DEEP), together with the War Studies University in Warsaw, will conduct a three-day virtual conference on 12-14 April 2021 to identify best practices and lessons learned by Allied and partner professional military education (PME) institutions in transforming education from residential to non-residential distance learning during the 2020-2021 COVID-19 evolution. As a result, this conference will contribute to the development of a NATO DEEP strategy to support distance learning and associated implementation planning.

The conference is open to all NATO Allied nations and 16 NATO DEEP partner countries (Afghanistan, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iraq, Jordan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mauritania, the Republic of Moldova, Mongolia, Morocco, Serbia, Tunisia, and Ukraine).
