DADLAC Talent Management Working Group

This working group explores how learner data can be effectively utilized to align Department of Defense (DoD) training and education outcomes with workforce frameworks for different DoD functional communities. Among the proposed activities to be undertaken by this group is the development of a Talent Management / Learner Data process map to align Talent Management roles, functions, and decision points with the lifecycle of learning data being generated by the Services.
