ADL Initiative Recognized for Excellence in Learning Development Innovation
The ADL Initiative is honored to be ranked among the top 25 organizations nationwide for excellence in learning development by eLearning Media Group for their annual Learning! 100 Awards. In the category of Innovation, the ADL Initiative was recognized for its development of the Total Learning Architecture (TLA), a collection of technologies, data standards, and policies to enable the interoperability of education and training systems throughout the DoD and beyond.
Also ranked within the top 25 for its involvement in the TLA effort was USALearning, the learning services branch of the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. USALearning, which was recognized in the Collaboration category, has been working with the ADL Initiative to distribute and promote TLA-compliant learning technologies for federal workforce education and training.
