Dr. Sae Schatz presents “Human Capital Supply” at the annual Logistics Officer Association (LOA) Symposium. This video gives an overview of the accomplishments of distributed learning uses during the pandemic, addresses strategies for the future, and the modernization of learning and how it affects the human capital supply chain. This video was created for an audience of military and civilian attendees and focused on a “learning and development” approach and the need to embrace the shift.
