“Fly with us through the learning environment of the future. What does data-driven, personalized learning look like? In this webinar, we will take you through the process of IDTEAM’s Total Learning & Training Architecture (TLTA). Join us for two demonstrators of enabling technologies: 1) an observation application and 2) a proposed recommender algorithm. You will gain insight into the IDTEAM’s TLTA approach and which aspects can benefit your organization’s learning environment.” |
To ensure readiness of the 5th generation Dutch Air Force weapon platforms and systems, maintenance personnel must be able to adapt to new competency and qualification needs quickly. To effectively meet these demands, the current training for maintenance personnel must change from a formalized, classroom, pre-planned and one-size-fits-all training strategy to a more distributed and personalized one. This requires a new way of training and the deployment of complex technologies.
The IDTEAM project (Integrated Digital Training Environment for the 5th generation Aircraft Maintenance) explores the possibility of a personalized training strategy and an integrated digital learning environment. Based on user-oriented use cases, technology demonstrators are being developed to evaluate the Total Learning & Training Architecture (TLTA). Our speakers will provide an overview and main findings of this project.
